About This Project
The 22-acre Anderson Park residential development in Hendersonville, Tennessee, will include 191 home sites, a playground, an amenity center, and an asphalt walking trail. Southern Site was contracted to perform erosion control, clearing, mass excavation (including rock blasting), grading, storm sewer, and site utilities on this project. In addition, we will perform site finishing duties, including asphalt and concrete paving, before completing this project in November 2021.
