Ryan Clinard

Division President

Ryan graduated Western Kentucky University in 2005 and started work as an intern at Goodall Homes while he worked on his MBA. Upon graduating in 2007, he continued his career with Goodall Homes working as Development Manager, Director of Purchasing, Estimating, and Design, And Vice President of Construction. In February of 2017, he stepped away from Goodall Homes to start Southern Site Contractors.

Josh Clinard

Erosion Control Manager

Josh manages the daily operations and strategy for the Erosion Control division. He has 13+ years’ experience as a business owner and extensive training in erosion control installation and inspection.

Jason Bogue

Grading Superintendent/Equipment Manager

Jason drives the earth moving side of the company. He has grading and utility work experience dating back to 1999.

Jake Jones

Project Manager/Estimator

Jake graduated Georgia Southern University in 2004 and spent the first 8 years of his career in the environmental field, attaining a position as a Regional Emergency Response Manager, before transitioning to site utilities in 2012. He is responsible for preparing bids and ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Robert Crafton

Utilities Superintendent

With over 20 years’ experience installing water, sewer, and storm drain, Robert ensures that materials and resources required to keep projects running smoothly are present at the job site when needed.

Nikki DeLuca

Office Manager

Nikki is responsible for all of the behind-the-scenes work that is required to keep the company operating efficiently. She has been active in the construction industry since 2015 with roles in Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and Personnel/HR.
